Refund Policy for Auriga Life
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items Several items are exempt from being returned, including:
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
Intimate or sanitary products
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:
Books with obvious signs of use
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company (it may take some time for processing).
Contact your bank (some processing time may be required).
If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at team@auriga.life.
Sale Items Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at team@auriga.life and send your item to the provided return address.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return approval. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping To return your product, mail it to the designated return address provided upon contacting us.
You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee the receipt of returned items.
